DetailsThese little wood mixed media paintings were made while I was recovering from a total knee replacement. I started painting again. The wood was donated to me many years ago. These are small enough that I can paint while resting due to my surgery.
The heart is a special symbol to me since my son was born with 1/2 a heart. It is called Hypo Plastic Left Heart Syndrom; HLHS. I also added positive affirmations on each block. (art therapy for me and positive vibes for you ) Do any speak to you?
Materials can include, metal charms, buttons, rub-on transfers, plastic jewels, glass snap jewelry, and puffy paint.

Due to a variety of fabrics used, I would recommend washing in cold water and air dry or dry on low heat. Dry-Cleaning is another option for some clothes.
